Discover what true love looks like when witnessing the beautiful Romantic Fall Wedding at Monte Bello Estate with Mary and Patrick. It was a gorgeous Fall day that no one, not even me, will ever forget.
How They Met
Mary and Patrick met at the North Coast Music Festival back in the summer of 2018. The night was filled with a ton of spontaneity, listening to artists that they both love. Just a week after the music festival, they went on their first date and really, the rest was history. They have continued to grow their relationship and watch it blossom over the years. A relationship that was built on love and trust in one another.
Monte Bello Estate | Illinois Wedding Venue
For their romantic Fall wedding, Mary and Patrick chose to get married at The Monte Bello Estate in Lemont, IL. They both chose this Illinois wedding venue for their wedding because of the beautiful Fall colors surrounding the exterior of the estate. The real game-changer for them, however, was the interior of the Monte Bello Estate. Inside the Illinois wedding venue is like a large single-family home. Below in the basement is the ultimate man cave, while upstairs you can find the best bridal suite. Romantic Fall Wedding at Monte Bello Estate
For Mary & Patrick’s romantic Fall wedding at Monte Bello Estate, they really wanted to focus on two things. First, they wanted elegance during the day and second, once the lights go down it is officially part-ay time.
That morning was a beautiful one spent with everyone getting ready is the respective getting-ready suites at The Monte Bello Estate. It was a beautiful Fall day and everyone couldn’t wait to get these two married. Before her first look with Patrick, Mary had a first-look moment with her bridesmaids that left us in tears. Don’t worry though, I’m always stacked with tissues for moments like this! Shortly after, Mary and Patrick had their first look, and well… the waterworks came very quickly.
As I mentioned previously, one of the many benefits of The Monte Bello Estate is the beautiful landscaping and property. Since it is so large, it makes for the perfect backdrop for portraits. Especially since Mary and Patrick had a 20-person wedding party, we needed all the space we can get! So, Mary, Patrick, the wedding party and I wandered throughout capturing the gorgeous Fall scenery surrounding us. The orange and red tones were perfectly crisp and vibrant and made for the most epic of portraits.
Ceremony & Reception
It wasn’t long until we made it to the ceremony location to get these two hitched! In front of a gorgeous gazebo decorated with rose florals, Mary and Patrick said their I do’s. The moment that they had been waiting for was finally here and whew, was it breathtaking.
As if we couldn’t be more blown away by how beautiful everything was, in comes the reception space. In a beautiful outdoor tent with hanging chandeliers and drapes, this cozy reception space was the epitome of elegance and fun. It was evident the amount of time and dedication that went into planning Mary and Patrick’s wedding. Throughout the entire process, it was clear that they were always thinking not only about their experience but their wedding guests as well. Which honestly, I feel is super important! Their reception was absolutely bumpin’ where everyone was hopping in to be a part of the dance floor and festivities. It was perfect for Mary and Patrick and we wouldn’t have had it any other way.
Cheers to The Birks!!
