Chicago White Sox Charities held the second annual Beyond the Diamond gala-style fundraiser at the Field Museum.

Sponsors included Wintrust, Peoples Gas, and Modelo. In attendance were past and present White Sox players and coaches including the current 2019 White Sox team, Ozzie Guillen, Robin Ventura, Frank Thomas, and Jim Thome to name a few. Guests bid on donated items at the silent auction as well as a live auction of prized memorabilia and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities like a signed Michael Jordan White Sox jersey and batting practice with Ozzie Guillen.

Some of the players from the current 2019 played a game of Family Feud as dinner entertainment.

I loved all the baseball-themed decor like the ivy wall for the place cards, turf centerpieces, and gold terrariums.
